Sweet holidays
Last Saturday, I went for the Sudoku Challenge organized by the New Straits Times which was held in City Square. I woke up earlier than usual, sacrificing my sleep to take part in it. Registration was at 9 am. I thought I was the most kiasu cuz I reached there around 8.35 but nooo, there were tons of people waiting for the grills to be lifted. >_> I was person number 22 to register.  The Sudoku Challenge. Each participant is given 20 minutes to complete the puzzle. Failing to do so would cause the participant to be disqualified. When I saw the timers that they were gonna use, I started getting so nervous I could hear the lubb-dubb sounds from my heart It was probably my nervousness and carelessness that caused me to be disqualified >_< Okay lah, I admit I'm noob =( BUT how was I supposed to know there were strategies to solving Sudoku as well? Grr. Everyone was a stranger there except Alexander I guess. Yea the one in Form 4.  We were divided into 4 batches, each one consisting of 10 people. The 2 or 3 people in each batch gets the proceed to the final round if they manage to be one of the fastest. From the first batch, there was this Form 3 girl from Convent Lim Jia Yi, Hazel ( I didn't know till my sis told me) who finished her puzzle in 5 mins 52 secs (wth) However she got 2nd place in the final round cuz she lost to some Form 5 permas jaya guy >_> I got over it after my dad brought me around CS to hunt for new shoes. ^_^  My fav colours Enjoy the rest of the holidays while you can!
